I love to animate and doing it frame by frame is my passion, but the site i animate on.. SUCKS. The editor I use is deleted so I go on the WayBack machine to still animate with it, my laptop also sucks and every digital art I've drawn / animated is with my finger, and the device overheats so fuckin easily while drawing.

What I'm trying to say is,

Is there any good programs for non PC / drawing tablet users that ISN'T Flipaclip or anything Apple Product related because I'm poor as shit, or should I just wait and get more money so I can buy the things I need

OR should I just keep doing whatever it is I'm doing with WayBack? If it's not broken don't fix it but the site I use literally is broken. It limits a lot, 5 undo's, no layers, cant move parts or tween, 470 x 470 canvas and that can't change, also the colour wheel thing is broken, and it's only able to make gifs and not videos.

SORRY FOR RAMBLING I just wish I had something better. It's hard to want to finish projects when the thing I use to make said projects limits my ability to create.
